While you will have set tasks, this is a highly dynamic role. Every day will likely be a little different, and you will be assigned various tasks, from assisting with emails, to providing input with high-level thinking and planning for various aspects of the business (such as social media planning, helping to find new leads, discussing clients with the team, etc).
Initially, your primary tasks will be outreach (sending messages to potential leads), research, content creation, and (very) basic video editing.
As you grow with us, your responsibilities and tasks will likely increase.
This role will include regular training meetings and will require your consistent availability throughout your assigned hours.
The tasks that you will be taking on will be critical to the performance and growth of the business. Although you will have team members to support you, you must also be comfortable with the responsibility and occasional pressure that can come with these tasks. While a fair deal of training will be provided, you need to be proactive in your ability to research new tasks and quickly learn new skills. Favorable qualities:
-Some understanding of the sales process, generating leads, email marketing,
-Comfortable occasionally getting on the phone with a lead when necessary
-Comfortable with creating social media content (Ie. Instagram posts.)
-Basic graphic design, ability to use something like Canva.com
-Comfortable with chatting to strangers. (This role may involve you regularly reaching out to new people to talk about their business. You need to be comfortable with making small talk)
Necessary skills:
-Ability to look at analytics and spreadsheets, making sense of them, and deriving information. (Good math skills are helpful)
-Ability to create social media content
Strong written ability - solid grammar and communication skills.
